She specializes in trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and support for individuals navigating life transitions, parenting stress, and complex family systems. With years of clinical experience across community mental health, intensive outpatient programs, and multidisciplinary settings, Kira is committed to providing accessible, culturally responsive treatment for underserved populations. Her approach blends evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative style that empowers clients to build emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and long-term resilience. Kira also leads wellness and GLP-1 health coaching services, offering both in-person and telehealth care.
